PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSE¥ <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 1986 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Douglas Fountain- 15255 Garnet- Thanked City Council, City Staff and any other <br />persons that worked on Ramsey's response to the Anoka County EAW for Site P; it <br />is a good document that will help to alleviate the landfill problem in the <br />city. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br /> 1. Case #2A - Report on Bock and Ose properties. <br /> <br /> 2. Case #19 - Storm sewer taxing districts. <br /> <br /> 3. Case #20 - Request to use lower level of Municipal Center; case of <br /> Trott Brook Gospel Hall. <br /> <br /> 4. Case #21 - Informational items. <br /> <br /> 5. Case #22 - Discussion regarding new structure at Plants And Things. <br /> <br /> 6.
