Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Presentation Of Proposed 1987 Operting And Capital Outlay Budget <br /> For The City Of Ramsev: <br /> <br />Mr. Nartley noted that the hour is late and suggested that Council approach <br />staff on an individual basis to discuss the proposed 1987 operting budget. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Graczyk requested that Council adopt the budget agenda calendar <br />and schedule a special meeting on October 7 to conduct a public hearing to <br />consider the 1987 proposed budget including Federal Revenue Sharing and <br />consider adoption of the assessed 1986 payable 1987 current ad valorum property <br />tax levy resolution. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he is a member of the Budget Committee and that <br />he likes to see the budget presented to Council about mid-August; urged <br />councilmembers to review the budget with staff. <br /> <br />Mr. Graczyk stated that many changes have been made in the budget to <br />consolidate information and hopefully present the budget in a simpler format. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember $orteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #86-163 approving the proposed 1987 budget development agenda. <br /> September 30, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 13 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
