Status Of Road Easement Between Econ Marketin~ And The Former Welch Auto: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that there is a road easement between Econ Marketing and <br />the former Welch Auto; that road also accesses a couple of other properties <br />on the Mississippi River. During Econ's firming up of property deeds, it was <br />necessary for the City to survey this road for centerline; now would be an <br />appropriate time to discuss whether or not the City will want to upgrade and <br />extend that road to Rivlyn or let it remain as a minimal size road. The area <br />is congested and Mr. Pratt is very concerned that the City maintain the <br />easement to provide adequate access, especially in emergency situations. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the appropriate action would be to conduct an <br />informational meeting with affected property owners. <br /> <br />Discussion RegardinE Connection Of Cry. Rd. ~5 And DysDrosium: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley briefly reviewed a couple of options for the alignment of Cry.
