ORDINANCE NO. 12- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />The easterly 5.00 feet of the drainage and utility easement over, under and across the <br />westerly 10.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 6 as delineated and dedicated in OAKRIDGE <br />ESTATES, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT <br />the northerly and southerly 10.00 feet thereof, as measured at right angles to the northerly <br />and southerly lines of said Lot 4. <br />SECTION 3.
