Signs located on outfield fences at ballfields within all <br />65 municipal parks shall be subject to a lease or master agreement with the city and are <br />66 subject to the following restrictions: <br />67 a) Signs may be located on right and left outfield fence areas only. No sign shall <br />68 be located within the middle third of the outfield fence. Signs shall be located at <br />69 least one foot (1') from the top and bottom of the outfield fence and centered on <br />70 the fence section. <br />71 (b) Signs must be made of vinyl or other similar material with wind holes. The <br />72 city has the right to determine the structural integrity of proposed signage. The <br />73 structural stability of the fences in each park will determine the size of the signs. <br />74 The signs must be the same size within each ballfield in the park. <br />75 (c) All signs shall face the interior of the ballfield. <br />76 <br />77 <br />(d) The signs shall be maintained in a safe, orderly condition at all times. Faded <br />signs shall be replaced. <br />78 fe) A lease or master agreement with the city shall identify the terms under which <br />79 signs may be installed including dimension, number, and sign details. No <br />80 advertising for firearms, liquor products (by name), tobacco, political or religious <br />81 persons, or organizations, sexually oriented products or stores shall be permitted. <br />2 <br />
