FEE PROPOSAL <br />Scope of Work <br />• Phase I — Site Review /Concept /Program Study and Schematic Design <br />estimated to be approximately 20% of fee. <br />• Phase II — Design Development, for work as approved, approximately 15% of <br />fee. <br />• Phase III — Construction Documents for work as approved, approximately 40% <br />of fee. <br />Estimated fee through plans and spec's is approximately 75% of fee or <br />$20,000 to $22,500. <br />• Phase IV — Bidding and Construction Administration for work as bid and <br />contracted, approximately 25% of fee. <br />The overall fee budget for all services will be negotiated on the basis of 8% to <br />8.5% of construction cost, adjusted by final scope of work; hourly not to exceed <br />$28,500 based on estimated construction budget of $300,000 to $350,000. <br />Our basic services will be based on AIA B151 Contract which includes complete <br />architectural, structural and mechanical and electrical engineering. Civil engineering, <br />landscape architecture, surveying, staking, as -built documents, special inspections for <br />structural and utilities are additional services and some will be provided by City. <br />Architectural <br />Principal Architect $125/hr <br />Project Architect $100 to $110/hr <br />CADD $75 to $85 /hr <br />Structural Engineering <br />Principal $160 /hr <br />Structural Engineer $100 to $110/hr <br />Designer $80 to $100 /hr <br />Mechanical & Electrical <br />Principal $145/hr <br />Project Manager / Engineer $90 to $125/hr <br />Designer / CADD Technician $90 /hr <br />Reimbursable expenses, including but not limited to, filing fees and outside reproduction <br />of graphics shall be reimbursed at actual cost plus 10 %. <br />
