PKOCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 25, <br />1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br /> <br />CALL To Ogler <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen - 15631 Ramsey Blvd. - Requested Council to add discussion <br />of the approved installation of a culvert on 156th and Hematite to the ageuda <br />for designation as a priority item to be accomplished yet this year. <br /> <br />Council consensus was that it was not necessary to add this case to the agenda <br />for discussion and directed that the Public Works Department install the <br />culvert as soon as possible. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AG~DA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br /> Case #15: Discussion Regarding Anoka County Business Assistance Network <br /> Case #16: Authorization To Proceed With Airport Zoning <br /> Case #17: Review Dates For Various Upcoming Meetings <br /> <br /> Case #18: Addition To Bills List (Billing From Deloitte, Haskins And <br /> Sells For Auditing Services In The Amount Of $1500) <br /> <br /> Mayor/Council Input - Discussion regarding abandoned homes and minimum <br /> City Council/November 25, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 3 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
