and/or Option B will be available as financing methods for sanitary sewer and <br />municipal water improvements to the Industrial area. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Goodrich stated that with this motion the property <br />owners now know the proposed methods of financing for sewer and water <br />improvements and can decide whether or not they want to petition against the <br />project. Mr. Hartley stated that the property owners have until December 23 to <br />submit petitions. Mayor Reimann inquired if this motion is saying that the <br />City is proceeding with the project. Mr. Hartley stated that the Council <br />cannot authorize the project until the 60 day clock runs out, December 23. <br />Michael Powers stated that with city assistance in the cost, property owners in <br />the industrial area can have municipal utilities for what it would cost to put <br />in on-site systems. Another citizen disagreed and stated that assessments will <br />far outweigh the cost of on-site systems. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Schlueter and DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox requested that staff send copies of the project proposal and <br />financing options to all affected property owners by December 5, indicating the <br />deadline for submitting petitions. <br /> <br />Discussion Regarding Council Meeting Data For December. 1986: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to reschedule <br />the regular Council meeting in December from the 23rd to the 16th. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca inquired if there will be any other <br />Council meetings conducted in December. Mayor Reimann replied that there would <br />not be unless a special meeting was scheduled. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Schlueter and DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADOOURNM~NT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adjourn <br />the special Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Schlueter and DeLuca.
