CC Special Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/02/2012 <br />By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />Title: <br />Consider Reimbursement of Employee Legal Expenses - Portions may be closed to the Public <br />Background: <br />An employee of the City incurred legal expenses in defense of himself for actions he took as part of his employment <br />with the City. The League of Minnesota Cities policy is not to provide legal representation to individual employees <br />accused of wrong- doing.
