Accordingly, now prohibited is the issu- <br />ing of a building permit or business license for a collective medical marijuana <br />garden, where authorized patients would grow cannabis plants together. <br />Source: The News Tribune; www.thenewstribune.com <br />WEST VIRGINIA <br />The Morgantown City Council unanimously passed the first reading of zon- <br />ing ordinances that will limit extraction activities only to industrialized zones <br />that meet certain requirements. The ordinanceis an effort to regulate extrac- <br />tive industries such as drilling for natural gas in the Marcellus shale.
