Mayor Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12 -06 -091 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO SANDSTROM LAND <br />MANAGEMENT LLC FOR IP 09 -24 COR WETLAND MITIGATION <br />WHEREAS, on January 11, 2010 the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority ordered <br />Improvement Project 09 -24; COR Wetland Mitigation, called for the preparation of plans and <br />specifications, and authorized a request for proposals to solicit quotes; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the request for proposals for Improvement Project 09 -24; COR <br />Wetland Mitigation, quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and <br />WHEREAS, as of June 26, 2012 $8,414.75 has been paid to date; and <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer, Tim Himmer has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Sandstrom Land Management LLC in the amount of $5,297.61. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Sandstrom Land Management <br />LLC for COR Wetland Mitigation in the amount of $5,297.61. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the pay request and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of June 26, 2012. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Backous upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />RESOLUTION #12 -06 -091 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
