CC Regular Session 4. 5. <br />Meeting Date: 10/09/2012 <br />Submitted For: Dan Bray By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Approve Request to Declare Surplus Property <br />Background: <br />Staff is requesting Council declare the following property surplus and authorize sale of same: <br />#312 - 1997 Dodge Ram - VIN 1B7HF13Z7VJ613543 - Mileage 137,974 <br />#372 - 2007 Ford Crown Victoria - VIN 2FAHP71WX7X127205 - Mileage 96,298 <br />#383 - 2008 Ford Crown Victoria - VIN 2FAFP71V78X163255 - Mileage 86,971 <br />#387 - 2008 Ford Crown Victoria - VIN 2FAFP71V38X164998 - Mileage 100,044 <br />#627 - 1997 Ford F350 - VIN 3FEJF37G3VMA53200 - Mileage 101,301 <br />Vehicles #312 and #627 are both being replaced by new vehicles. They are just "old and worn out". Vehicles <br />#372, 383, and 387 were retired from the Police Department for high miles and were used for a while in Public <br />Works until the seasonals were done for the year.
