Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12-10-XXX <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONCURRANCE OF THE OFFICE OF THE STATE <br />AUDITOR'S FINDING <br />WHEREAS, City Council members received a letter dated September 24, 2012 from the <br />Office of the State Auditor regarding a finding; and <br />WHEREAS, the city has sixty days to respond back to the Office of the State Auditor on <br />whether they accept this finding; and <br />WHEREAS, the city is in agreement with the finding issued by the Office of the State <br />Auditor and will notify them in writing of this acceptance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council authorizes concurrence of the Office of the State Auditor's <br />Finding. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by, and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 9th day of October, 2012. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
