TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: 2013 HRA Budget and Levy <br />Finance Director Lund presented the 2013 HRA budget and levy. <br />Commissioner Strommen asked when the HRA uses the City Attorney and when it uses other <br />legal firms such as Briggs & Morgan. <br />Development Manager Lazan explained that Landform had proposed the City broaden its use of <br />legal firms to include rates that are more effective. He reviewed the legal firms used for past <br />purchases. <br />Commissioner Ramsey noted the HRA spent over $125,000 to clear the Master Declaration. <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority / September 4, 2012 <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />
