HRA Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/09/2012 <br />By: Darren Lazan, Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Approve documents related to the plat of COR TWO <br />5. 4. <br />Background: <br />As part of the sale of Lo3 3, Block 1, COR TWO, there are several documents that will be necessary to address <br />ongoing operations and maintenance issues between all five lots in the development. These agreements are <br />coordinated by the HRA as pert of the sale, but once the disposition of the three HRA lots is complete, these <br />agreements will be managed on an ongoing basis by the eventual owners of those lots, and the HRA will no longer <br />be a party to the agreements. <br />Notification: <br />Observations: <br />Recommendation: <br />The development team recommends the HRA Approve: <br />• The Final Plat of COR TWO <br />• The Agreement related to the Plat of COR TWO <br />• The Agreement and Declaration of Easements, Covenants, and Restrictions — COR TWO <br />• The Declaration of Signage and Utility Easements — COR TWO <br />• The Restrictive Covenants related to Lot 4, Block 1, COR TWO <br />Funding Source: <br />Council Action: <br />There are five (5) actions related to this case: <br />1. Approve the Final Plat of COR TWO, and direct the development team to assemble all documents necessary <br />to record the plat simultaneous to the initial project closing. <br />2. Approve the Agreement related to the Plat of COR TWO, subject to final modifications by HRA Counsel, <br />and direct the development team to assemble all documents necessary to record the agreement simultaneous <br />to the initial project closing. <br />3. Approve the Agreement and Declaration of Easements, Covenants, and Restrictions — COR TWO, subject to <br />final modifications by HRA Counsel, and direct the development team to assemble all documents necessary <br />to record the agreement simultaneous to the initial project closing. <br />4. Approve the Declaration of Signage and Utility Easements — COR TWO, subject to final modifications by <br />HRA Counsel, and direct the development team to assemble all documents necessary to record the agreement <br />simultaneous to the initial project closing. <br />5. Approve the Restrictive Covenants related to Lot 4, Block 1, COR TWO, subject to final modifications by <br />HRA Counsel, and direct the development team to assemble all documents necessary to record the agreement <br />
