CONSENT OF LENDER (BMO Harris Bank N.A.) <br />BMO Harris Bank N.A., the successor by merger to M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank <br />("Lender") is the owner and holder of that certain Mortgage and Security Agreement and Fixture <br />Financing Statement dated March 8, 2005 and recorded on March 10, 2005 in the Office of the <br />Anoka County Registrar of Titles as Document No. 482071.008 and the owner and holder of that <br />certain Assignment of Rents and Leases dated March 8, 2005 and recorded March 10, 2005 in <br />the Office of the Anoka County Registrar of Titles as Document No. 482071.009 (collectively <br />the "Mortgage and Assignment of Rents and Leases").
