Economic Development Authority (EDA) 4. 10. <br />Meeting Date: 10/11/2012 <br />Submitted For: Patrick Brama By: Patrick Brama, Administrative Services <br />Title: <br />City Owned RALF Properties, Leasable Space Update <br />Background: <br />The City of Ramsey owns a number of properties located on the north side of Highway 10. Said properties were <br />purchased with MN RALF monies (Revolving Acquisition Loan Fund). The purpose of said acquisitions is to <br />prepare for the future alignment of Highway 10, to the north. <br />Management of RALF properties is a function that is carried out by the City's Management Analyst, Finance and <br />Maintenance Staff.
