Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12-11-XXX <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BANKING SERVICES TO BANK OF THE WEST <br />WHEREAS, <br />at the City Council meeting on September 25, 2012, approved a <br />recommendation to solicit bids for banking services from the four local banking institutions; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the bids were solicited and opened on October 12, 20012; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the proposal received from Bank of the WestBank provides the best benefit <br />and highest level of service to the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1)The Finance Directorbe directed to establish the banking relationship as outlined in the <br />proposal for banking services with Bank of the WestBank effective January 1, 2013. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13th day of November 2012. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />
