Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY <br />PERIOD FOR THE MANAGEMENT ANALYST <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Patrick Brama was began working as the Management Analyst <br />on May 9, 2011 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Brama has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends removing Mr. Brama from probation <br />effective November 9, 2012, and retaining him as the regular full-time Management <br />Analyst. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to approve resolution 12-10-XXX confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Patrick Brama, effective <br />November 9, 2012 and retain him as the regular full-time Management Analyst. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 23rd day of October, 2012. <br />
