<br />Introduction
<br />Chris is an environmental project designer with experience in landfill
<br />construction documentation, landfill site design, drafting, earthwork
<br />computations, development of engineering cross -sections, survey,
<br />construction staking, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) using
<br />various software.
<br />Relevant Experience
<br />• Design Services. Produced redesign and record drawings, volume
<br />and area calculations, 3D modeling, and other miscellaneous
<br />drawings using MicroStation, Site Works, and GIS applications.
<br />Performed CADD applications, including the design of landfill
<br />cells, stormwater management system, leachate collection system,
<br />and building pad. Produced 3D Digital Terrain Models (DTM),
<br />geologic engineering sections, and earthwork computations.
<br />Produced groundwater models and various other maps for annual
<br />report and permit reissuance. Produced transfer station design,
<br />including building layout, building elevations, stormwater
<br />management, curb and gutter, and landscaping plan. Developed
<br />the design of proposed mining activities and end use including
<br />stormwater management and also performed volume calculations.
<br />Produced waste relocation, final cover, and stormwater management
<br />system design and made earthwork computations and material
<br />estimation. Developed the design of a yard waste composting
<br />facility, access roads, and stormwater management system and made
<br />earthwork computations and material estimation.
<br />• Construction Quality Assurance. For landfills in Minnesota and
<br />Iowa has: Performed landfill construction quality assurance for
<br />HDPE liner installation and leachate collection systems. Produced
<br />CADD documentation drawings from survey data. Calculated
<br />quantities and volumes through CADD applications, performed
<br />landfill construction quality assurance for recompacted clay and
<br />performed nuclear density tests on recompacted clay liner lifts with
<br />documentation of all phases of construction. Performed landfill
<br />construction quality assurance for construction of stormwater
<br />management, conducted GPS survey documentation "as built"
<br />conditions including piping, gas wells, and final cover topography.
<br />Performed construction observation of liner installation and
<br />produced CADD "as built" drawings from survey data.
<br />• GIS Services. Used GIS and CADD applications to assist
<br />archaeological investigations in connection with the new
<br />construction and realignment of TH 169. Created a GIS database
