With 20 years <br />of industry experience, Mr. Craggs specializes in integrated solid waste management and approaching <br />this service with a business planning perspective while assisting local, regional, and state governmental <br />organizations with their solid waste management needs. To promote practical solutions, he has directed <br />several waste characterization studies to establish program baselines. <br />Mr. Craggs' legal training enables him to grasp complex statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as <br />to formulate creative approaches to integrated solid and hazardous waste management. He offers <br />facilitation skills to foster public policy decision -making related to environmental and energy related <br />issues. Mr. Craggs has presented at numerous national and regional solid waste management forums <br />and conferences. In addition, he has held positions as adjunct faculty at local universities teaching solid <br />waste and environmental studies.
