Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12-10- <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR NORTHGATE <br />ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, PSD, LLC hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for <br />final plat approval of NORTHGATE ADDITION on the following described property located in <br />the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 14 ADDITION, subject to easement of record, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />-or upon recording - <br />Lot 1, Block 1, NORTHGATE ADDITION <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on September 4, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application from <br />PSD, LLC for sketch plan review of the proposed minor plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 14th, 2012, the Planning Commission reviewed the minor plat <br />sketch plan and the site plan for the development of Lot 1, Block 1, NORTHGATE ADDITION; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on September 4, 2012, the City received application for final plat approval <br />from PSD, LLC; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 23, 2012, the City Council approved the final plat and site plan. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to NORTHGATE ADDITION <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated April 21, 2010. <br />2. The Applicant entering into a development agreement with the City regarding the platting <br />of the Subject Property. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
