It is the intent,and:effect of Ordi- nance #12 -12 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 14 . 7 (Zoning and .Sub- division of Land),Section ,117 -355 idential development off- street ing)�to provide for off - street ing.in the - front and side yard of . resicdentially.zoned properties within the overlaydistrict.- Tbe..Game Fair is an important community event drawing: a. number .of pectators, resulting in a unique requirement for off- street parking in to ensure public streets are kept clear to allow for traffic flow and pedestrian safety. , Due to the infrequent nature and need for this temporary parking situa- tion, it is appropriate to allow park- ing within the front and side yard without typical concern of aesthetics and erosion. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
