Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, Pearson, Peterson and <br /> <br />#1: 1989 Council Organization: <br /> <br />Designate official newspapers for calendar year 1989 as follows: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to designate the <br />Anoka County Union as the official newspaper of the City of Ramsey and the Elk River Star as an <br />additional newspaper. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca noted that the Elk River Star would not be an <br />official newspaper but used for publications as necessary. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Peterson and <br />Cich.
