18. <br /> <br />Introduce ordinance amending Chapter 80.07 and adopting Chapter 10.042 of the <br />Ramsey City Code which shall be known as the Fire Board Chapter. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution #89-01-13 changing employee status of Linda Aaseby, Data <br />Entry Clerk. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, <br />Peterson and Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Presentation by Mr. Don Masterson, Mayor of Spring Lake <br /> Park, Regarding RISE, Incorporated: <br /> <br />Mr. Masterson was not present and this case was not addressed. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br />License <br /> <br />Request For An On-Sale Liquor License And Sunday Liquor <br /> At On The Green Restaurant By RRM Enterprises, Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich recalled that Council previously tabled action on RRM Enterprises request <br />for an on-sale liquor license because On The Green's square footage does not meet current <br />ordinance requirements but may comply in the near future, depending on ordinance <br />amendments under consideration. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Dorn was present representing RRM Enterprises and stated that obtaining the <br />on-sale liquor license plays a major role in the closing of the purchase of On The Green <br />scheduled for January 31, 1989. Mr. Dorn requested that Council consider On The <br />Green deck area applicable towards square footage requirements in order to meet current <br />ordinance requirements; if the on-sale liquor ordinance is adopted as drafter earlier <br />this evening, On The Green will be in compliance with ordinance requirements without <br />any special considerations. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to grant an on- <br />sale liquor license to RRM Enterprises, Inc., as applied for, at On The Green Restaurant, <br />16659 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, Peterson, DeLuca <br />and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to grant a <br />Sunday liquor license to RRM Enterprises, Inc. at On The Green Restaurant, 16659 St. <br />Francis. Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, Peterson, DeLuca <br />and Pearson.
