It appears that a good effort was made to maximize <br />the distance from the lake, given the constraints of the lot. <br /> <br />Although, we appreciate the greater distance from the lake, we would not object to an <br />additional 10 fee~ closer, in this case, to meet the City's requirement. Negative impacts <br />o£ the reduced setbacks may be somewhat mitigated by adding native plantings to the yard <br />near the lake.
