for Sealcoating Improvement Project #89-9 (153rd Avenue N.W. between S.T.H. No. 47 <br />and Roanoke Street N.W.). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Cich, Pearson <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Award Contract On 153rd Avenue N.W. West Extension <br /> Across Burlington Northern Railroad And Highway #10: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-05-114 receiving bids and authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />award the contract for Improvement Project #88-21 Storm Sewer and Street Construction <br />153rd Avenue N.W. to either Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. or W.B. Miller, Inc. based on the <br />City Engineer's confirmation that they are responsible bidders. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Amend 1988 Budget To Actual: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #8%05-115 amending the 1988 budget. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Reschedule Personnel Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Cich noted that a Personnel meeting was scheduled for June 7 and he does <br />have a conflict on that date. <br /> <br />The City Council Personnel Committee rescheduled the next Personnel Committee meeting <br />to Thursday, June 8, 1989 at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />b) Grass Mowing At Central Park <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson stated that he received a complaint from a soccer coach indicating <br />that the grass at Central Park is too high to play soccer on. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson inquired if the park in question is Central Park as most of the <br />soccer games are played at Titterud Park. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson indicated that he would contact the coach to determine which park <br />is in need of mowing. <br /> <br />c) Possible Nuisance Problem <br /> <br />City Council/May 30, 1989 <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
