Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 01-06-241 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />SAINT PAUL TERMINALS, INC. FOR A RECYCLING FACILITY AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> 1~rlEREAS, the Ramsey City Council (the "City") adopted Resolution #01-06-240 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0562 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit (the "Permit"). <br /> <br /> NOW TH]EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Saint Paul Terminals, Inc. ("Pe .rr~. ittee") is (on adoption of this resolution) the. owner of property <br />generally known as 14050 Basalt Street NW and Iegally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2 (except the south 30 feet of Lot 2), Block 4, Gateway Industrial Park <br />Plat 2, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property) <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code and Minn. Stat. <br />,162.3595. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />Term. This Permit shall remain in effect so Iong as the conditions imposed herein are <br />complied with and is condkioned upon the Permittee supplying the City with proof of title <br />to the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Noise. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules <br />7010.0010 to 7010.0080, as amended except as modified herein by City performance <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Dust/Ash/Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other particulate matter shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, <br />Minnesota Rules 7005.0010 to 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp. 2.A and 40 CFR part 50, as <br />amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. <br /> <br />Odor. The emission of odor from the operation shall be in compliance with and regulated <br />by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0920, as <br />amended except as modified herein'by City performance requirements.
