CASE #: <br /> <br />PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR <br />DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS OR GARAGES <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission has recently been reviewing City ordinances governing the placement <br />of accessory buildings and has given Staff direction to draft a new ordinance. Staff had planned <br />tO bring back a proposed ordinance at the October Planning Commission meeting, but have not <br />been able to complete drafting the ordinance. A public hearing was advertised for the October <br />Planning Commission meeting, anticipating that the proposed ordinance would be completed. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends conducting the public hearing but taking no action on the proposed <br />ordinance. Staff will be bringing the ordinance forward at the November Planning Commission <br />meeting, and another public hearing will be conducted at that time. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />No action needed at this time. <br /> <br />PC: 10/03/02 <br /> <br /> <br />
