The City Council adopted the March 2001 Comprehensive Plan on December 18, 2001. The <br />2001 Comprehensive Plan identifies this area being designated for Places to Shop and therefore a <br />comprehensive plan amendment will also be required. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The proposed medium density rezoning would appear to be appropriate for property located at <br />the junction of an MSA collector street and State highway.
