6) That in the event the City. determines tha there is an accumulation of residual deposits on the public streets resulting from the a~tivities on the Subject Property., the City shall provide the Permittee with thirty (~)~days ~wri_kten notice to sweep the streets. If the Permittee fails to compN within the thirty (~0~day time frame, the City or its contractor will sweep the streets and the associated costs shall be the responsibility, of the Permittee. City expenses incurred in sweeping the public streets shall be paid within thirty-~ days of billing. Failure to compensate the City for the services shall be cause for a special assessment to be levied against the Subject Property and certified to the County Auditor for collection in the manner as taxes and special assessments are certified and collected. 7) That any additional expansions or enlargements of the ready-mix plant shall require application for a new CUP. 8) That this CUP shall become null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of the date of approval. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to complete the conditional use permit. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City. at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. 9) That the Perm/trees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory, structure. lo) That the Permit-tee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this CUP. il) The Community Development Department of the City of Ramsey (City) shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. In the event the Permit-tee is determined to be in violation of any of the conditions set forth herein, the City shall give the Permittee written notice of the violation. The Permittee shall be given 30 days to correct the violation and submit a written response to the notice. 12) That the Permittee agrees that the terms of this Conditional Use Permit shall be binding upon its successors and assigns.
