6) <br /> <br />That in the event the City. determines tha there is an accumulation of residual deposits on <br />the public streets resulting from the a~tivities on the Subject Property., the City shall <br />provide the Permittee with thirty (~)~days ~wri_kten notice to sweep the streets. If the <br />Permittee fails to compN within the thirty (~0~day time frame, the City or its contractor <br />will sweep the streets and the associated costs shall be the responsibility, of the Permittee. <br />City expenses incurred in sweeping the public streets shall be paid within thirty-~ days <br />of billing. Failure to compensate the City for the services shall be cause for a special <br />assessment to be levied against the Subject Property and certified to the County Auditor <br />for collection in the manner as taxes and special assessments are certified and collected. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />That any additional expansions or enlargements of the ready-mix plant shall require <br />application for a new CUP. <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />That this CUP shall become null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of the <br />date of approval. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to <br />complete the conditional use permit. Such extension shall be requested in writing and <br />filed with the City. at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />That the Perm/trees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construction of the accessory, structure. <br /> <br />lo) <br /> <br />That the Permit-tee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this CUP. <br /> <br />il) <br /> <br />The Community Development Department of the City of Ramsey (City) shall have the <br />right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, <br />upon reasonable request. In the event the Permit-tee is determined to be in violation of <br />any of the conditions set forth herein, the City shall give the Permittee written notice of <br />the violation.
