That the Applicant is proposing to export a total of approximately 200,000 yards of earth <br />material; and that approximately 30 percent of this material has been excavated and exported <br />to date; leaving approximately 140;000 cubic yards remaining to be exported. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant has stated that the proposed haul route for incormng and outgoing trucks <br /> will be from the site directly north for a distance of 1,200 feet to County Road #63. <br /> <br />8. That no fill materials; except topsoil for restoration., are proposed tO be imported to the site. <br /> <br />9. That no blasting will be employed in the grading activity. <br /> <br />10. That the existing drainage patterns will not be substantially altered by the proposed grading <br /> plan. <br /> <br />11. That the plan proposes to maintain silt fence along the perimeter of Wetland. <br /> <br />12. That the grading operation will/will not increase the traffic to and from the subject property, <br /> for the period of time the permit is in effect. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will/will not be a substantial improvement, to property in the <br /> immediate vicinity and to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such <br /> as highways and streets. <br /> <br />1 g. That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br /> community,. <br /> <br />19.
