Absent: CouncilmemberDeLuca. <br /> <br />Case #8: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Oak Run Addition: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that Oak Run Addition is proposed to be located east of Nowthen <br />Blvd. and north of and including Coquina Street and consists of 12 lots averaging 2.1 to <br />2.5 acres in size. City Council granted preliminary plat approval on March 28 with certain <br />conditions. Mr. Banwart noted that the issue of whether Coquina Street would be <br />improved as a private or public project has been resolved and will be hendled by the <br />developer. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-06-151 granting final plat approval to Oak Run Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Peterson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberDeLuca. <br /> <br />Case #9: Request For Final Plat Approval Of North Forty 2nd Addition: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that North Forty 2nd Addition consists of 40 acres located west of <br />Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 and is proposed to be developed with 13 single family <br />residential lots. The plat received preliminary plat approval on May 23, 1989 and City <br />Staff recommends final plat approval at this time. Mr. Banwart briefly reviewed the <br />proposed development agreement noting that the specified time frame for completion of <br />Phase I improvements is August 1, 1990 and the land portion of the park dedication <br />requirement will be 2.32 acres. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution #89-06-152 granting final plat approval to North Forty 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Pearson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberDeLuca. <br /> <br />Case #10: Comprehensive Annual Financial Report: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley recommended submitting the Annual Financial Report to the Government <br />Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for grading. Mr. Hartley stated that Ramsey's <br />receipt of Certificates for Excellence in Financial Reporting have been obtained as a result <br />of extraordinary effort by City Staff. Mr. Hartley suggested that before Ramsey goes <br />through another year of financial record keeping and preplfiation of a Financial Report, the <br />City set some guidelines and goals regarding the condition of of financial records. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Ashley confirmed that the City should be concerned about day to day <br />processes and interim reporting in the Finance office. <br /> <br />Council agreed with submitting the Annual Financia!
