Other architectural features <br />Criteria: Points = % / 10 <br />10 points maximum for each feature <br />There are a great number of architectural features that are unique to specific styles <br />that can be awarded points. They include, but are not limited to: <br />Gabled ends, dormers, balconies, bays, turrets, cupolas, decorative balustrades, <br />window grids, accent windows, masonry (stone or brick) construction (accent or <br />otherwise), local stone (mined within 200 miles or authentic replica), demonstrated <br />variety of roof styles & pitches, demonstrated variety of shingle styles, <br />demonstrated variety of siding styles, shutters, window frames, columns, porticos, <br />pediments, symmetrical & proportional window placement, multiple siding <br />patterns, materials, and /or colors <br />This category is broad and flexible to encourage the application of compatible <br />architectural features.
