INTRODUCTIONS <br />COMMISSION /BOARD BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Discuss EPB's 2011 -2012 Work Plan and its Relation to the City's Zoning <br />and Subdivision Ordinances <br />Associate Planner /Environmental Coordinator Anderson presented the Staff Report and EPB <br />work plan. <br />Discussion ensued regarding zoning standards and potential amendments. <br />Commissioners and Members listed the following as potential zoning amendments: <br />• Points based system <br />• Setback flexibility <br />• Utility company regulations <br />• Parking lot standards <br />COMMISSION /STAFF INPUT <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunaway, seconded by Commissioner Bauer, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Dunaway, Bauer, Brauer, <br />Field, and Schiller, Members Benz, Enstrom and Stodola. Voting No: None.
