4) <br /> <br />Discussion of Course of Action. Vice-Chair Anderson suggested the Housing <br />Committee review the draft housing maintenance ordinance. City Administrator <br />Norman said a draft ordinance would be included in the information packet for the <br />next meeting. Vice-Chair Anderson also requested demographic information on the <br />City of Ramsey b.e available for the next meeting. City Administrator Norman <br />discussed the status of several feasibility studies in process, the MetroPOlitan Urban <br />Services Area, and the Town Center project. Suzanne Dvorak requested a report on <br />the types and amount of housing that are proposed in the Town Center area. The. <br />Housing Committee discussed concerns about septic systems and the need to consider <br />the impacts of new residential developments on transportation and other kinds of <br />infrastructure. <br /> <br />Chair Kiefer summarized the agenda for the next meeting: <br /> <br />0 .Review housing maintenance code <br /> Discuss demographics/housing inventory <br />0 Report on Town Center housing <br /> Discuss pros and cons of different residential projects the Housing Committee <br /> might recommend to the EDA <br /> <br />The Housing Committee discussed how they could help disseminate information on <br />existing housing programs to Ramsey citizens.
