Case # ~9% <br /> REVIEW DRAFT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION <br /> By: Amy Geisler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At its May 15, 2003 meeting the Housing Committee directed staff to draft a Request for <br />Information (RFI) for a proposed lifecycle housing development on the property east of <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd. The Housing Committee has reviewed the document, which is ready <br />for review by the EDA. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Draft Request for Information <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The attached draft is based on the Riverfront RFI provided by the City of Anoka, the <br />retail market analysis RFP drawn up by the City of Ramsey, and comments and <br />suggestions made by Housing Committee members. <br /> <br />EDA Action: <br /> <br />Review the draft RFI and direct staff on any needed changes. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />Associate Planner <br /> <br />EDA: 7/14/03 <br /> <br /> <br />
