City of Ramsey <br />Request for Information <br />DRAFT <br /> June ]9, 2003 <br /> <br />PROJECT SUMMARY <br />The City of Ramsey is seeking to develop an 8-acre parcel that includes shoreland <br />frontage on Sunfish Lake. The site is approximately one mile northeast of the proposed <br />Town Center development, which will include over 2000 housing units, a mix of uses, <br />and many amenities (Map 1). The proposed project on Sunfish Lake will include a mix of <br />housing types accomplished through a unique design that capitalizes on the natural <br />beauty of the site. Some provision for a public park is also required.
