Ms. Wald stated staff was in the process of reading through research completed by past <br />employees and would continue to follow through with the necessary steps to determine if <br />Ramsey was eligible to be assigned a separate zip code. She noted past research and discussions <br />with interested parties had indicated Ramsey was not eligible for its own zip code according to <br />U.S. Postal Service standards. She added it was conveyed to the City, however, that the <br />possibility of a new zip code was becoming more of a reality as populations and routes grew. <br /> <br />Attendance Policy: Ms. Wald noted copies of a memo from Givonna Reed, the Human <br />Resources Manager, were attached. She explained the memo reviewed the attendance policy the <br />Council would adopt on October 14, 2003, for all Commissions and Boards. <br /> <br />Housing Committee: It was noted a copy of past Housing Committee meeting minutes and <br />agendas were attached to information distributed to EDA members. <br /> <br />MEMBER INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Member Kiefer, seconded by Member Kurak, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
