Motion by Member Gromberg, seconded by Member LeTourneau, directing staff to negotiate for <br />the northern half of the B&A Cylinder site, putting a time limit on the business operation of <br />B&A Cylinder, and continue to negotiate for the B&A Cylinder bUilding site. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Member Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Case #4: Staff Update <br /> <br />Administrator Norman updated the EDA on the status of the spending the Community Block <br />Grant monies the City received for purchasing blighted properties. <br /> <br />Staff was notified Star Exhibits decided to relocate to the City of Brooklyn Park and therefore <br />will not be moving to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The Menkveld Property was purchased by a private individual; the City will no longer continue <br />discussions for purchase of the property~ <br /> <br />Sunfish Gateway Industrial Park is nearly completed with Only one vacant lot available.
