Associate <br /> Planner Wald stated staff has received several inquires and compliments on the marketing piece. <br /> <br /> Case #4 Staff Update <br /> <br /> The EDA reviewed the staff update. TIF Specialist Sullivan stated the EDA should begin thinking about what <br /> parcel the CDBG funds should be used for to redevelop. Staff will bring the item to the October EDA meeting <br /> for further discussion and consideration. <br /> <br /> The EDA requested staff Tax Abatement on the October EDA agenda. <br /> <br /> Chairperson Riley would like to discuss why the Mate building is still vacant and what can be done at the <br /> October EDA meeting. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> Motion by Member Steffen, seconded by Member Gromberg, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
