Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City established a Revolving Loan Fund earlier this year with the intent to fill the financing <br />gap between project costs and the private debt financing and private equity by making direct <br />low-interest loans for certain approved business activities within Ramsey's city limits.
