CASE # <br /> <br />SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD/HIGHWAY #10 NORTHEAST REDEVELOPMENT <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As the Economic Development Authority is aware, the City has been working with property <br />owners of the parcels north of Highway #10 and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard for the purposes <br />of possible redevelopment (map attached). Staff has discussed possible construction of three <br />different development projects, which would locate in this area. <br /> <br />The property owner of Hunter Investments is interested in giving Plants & Things a preference to <br />their possible new redevelopment location.
