Sunfish Commons retail center. The property is <br />located at the intersection of Sunfish BIvd. and Hwy. 10. <br /> <br />Loan proceeds will be used for costs associated with asbestos removal, soil correction <br />and utility extensions. <br /> <br />Information to be forwarded under separate cover. <br /> <br />The project is being developed with a $2,400,000 construction loan, The loan is current. <br /> <br />Sunfish Properties, LLC is made up of a group of local businessmen, each owning less · <br />than 20%. <br /> <br />Various members of the ownership group have been involved in projects outside of <br />Ramsey that have utilized government financing of some type. All such projects involved <br />partnerships and every financing is either current or has been paid in full. <br /> <br />The purpose of the loan is to pay for extraordinary redevelopment costs. The assistance <br />promotes the redevelopment of a key location within the City.
