Mayor Reimann stated that the Bison Street will be realigned into <br />it's correct position when it is upgraded. <br /> <br />John Andefley - Stated that the approval of a plat bringing 9 more lots into the area should <br />be sufficient cause to realign Bison Street. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that the City doesn't want to put more traffic on a substandard road <br />and that has led to this public hearing. <br /> <br />Larry Sanders - 17135 Bison Street - Stated that 171st Lane in the proposed Dellwood <br />Hills is aligned directly across from his front yard and lights from the traffic will shine into <br />his home. Mr. Sanders also stated that the proposed upgrading of Bison should include the <br />entirety of the street. Mr. Sanders stated that he is opposed to a $5,000.00 assessment to <br />upgrade Bison Street in addition to the sealcoating costs that will be assessed to the <br />property owners. <br /> <br />Medard Kaisershot - Referred to the estimated project cost and inquired as to the City's <br />formula for computing overhead costs. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that the overhead costs are computed at 30% of the project cost. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn <br />the public heating. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson.
