Councilmember Pearson said that he agreed with Mayor Reimann in the fact that the decision <br />should be up to the citizens. He also agreed with Councilmember DeLuca regarding banking land <br />now for a future trail system. <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hadley stated that the Budget Committee discussed the possibility of a <br />bond issue to make improvement to some of the parks and trails. <br /> <br />Mr. Meriand Otto told the Council that the Park Commission needs some kind of direction with <br />respect to trails.
