DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Clayton Berg requested being added to the agenda for consideration of a site plan <br />amendment to delete the second story of an office building he is constructing at 14140 St. <br />Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Consent Agenda: <br /> Item #18 - <br /> <br />Council Business: <br /> Case #16 - <br /> <br />Case #17 - <br /> <br />Adopt resolution approving final pay estimate to Ridgedale <br />Electric for Project #88-26 (revised traffic control system at <br />T.H. #10 and Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Adopt resolution approving the purchase of two police <br />vehicles. <br />Request for site plan amendment; case of Clayton Berg. <br /> <br />Mayor And Council Input: <br /> Appointment to Regional Transit Board <br /> City Council December meeting schedule. <br /> Schedule a meeting of the Budget Committee. <br /> Northern Mayor's meeting <br /> <br />City Council/November 28, 1989 <br /> Page 3 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
