Date: September 6, 1989 <br /> <br />Attachment B <br />Budget Committee <br />September 6, 1989 <br /> <br />TO: Budget Committee <br /> <br />CC: David Hartley <br /> <br />FROM: Sandra Ashley <br /> <br />RE: 1990 BUDGET OF REVENUE AND FINANCING SOURCES <br /> <br />Attached is the detailed 1990 Budget of Revenue and Financing Sources. <br />It is important to point out that the Current Ad Valorum Taxes, Homestead <br />Credit and Local Governrnent Aid are forecast based upon the Minnesota <br />Department of Revenue Notification dated August 15, 1989. This notification <br />is under present law provisions as of July 25, 1989. <br /> <br />As you are aware, it is possible the 1989 Vetoed Tax Bill may resudace <br />in 1989. If this vetoed law were to pass, it would result in a total <br />revenue reduction of $52,771 to the City of Ramsey.
