Councihnember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-11-292 A RESOLUTION RELEASING AGREEMENT GUARANTEEING COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS. WHEREAS, the City and LaiTy Milless entered into an agreement titled "Agreement to Guarantee Compliance with Development Conditions Established by the City of Ramsey," which Agreement is dated October 26, 1981 (the "Agreement:"); and WHEREAS, the Agreement encumbers the real property described as follows: The South 835 feet of the East 417 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼ of NE¼) of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25 as measured along the East and South lines thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. and The North 209 feet of the South 1044 feet of the East 417 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼ of NE¼) of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, as measured along the East and South lines thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Real Property'); and WHEREAS, the Agreement was filed for record November 17, 1981 as Anoka County Recorder's Docmnent No. 581838; and WHEREAS, the City has no further need to keep the Agreement in effect. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the City does hereby release the Real Property from the lien of the Agreement. 2. That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City any additional legal documents necessary in order to effectuate the release of the Agreement.
