PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #03-41 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br /> TRANSFER OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY <br /> SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to transfer certain real <br />property which proper the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary <br />for the City's purposes. This chapter is <br />adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of Section 12.0,5 of the City <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declared the <br />followin9 legally described real property <br />owned by the City, as surplus property <br />and hereby authorizes its transfer. Said <br />property is legally described as follows: <br /> The westerly 20 feet of Outlot B, <br />Apple Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law, <br />subject to City Charter Provision, Section <br />5.04. <br /> PASSFD by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 14th day <br />of October, 2003. <br />Thomas G.
